MONTANA FIFTH JUDICIAL DISTRICT COURT, JEFFERSON COUNTY
HORSEPOWER HOLDINGS, LLC, Plaintiff, vs. JB RENTALS, LLC, et. al, Cause No. DV-2019-67
Horsepower Holdings, LLC, Plaintiff, has filed a quiet title action against JB Rentals, LLC, Mary Crews, Timothy Van Greenery, and other unknown claimants requesting that the Court enter an Order quieting title to the following real property:
Lot 3 of Jack Creek Estates Major Subdivision, Certificate of Survey Number 235170, Folio 859B, Jefferson County, Montana.
No hearing has been set in this matter. Objections may be filed with the Court by any person who can show good reasons why title should not be vested in Plaintiff.
