     Tract B1 of Certificate of Survey Number 166534, Folio 424C, located in the NW1/4 of Section 9, Township 8 North, Range 3 West, P.M.M., Jefferson County, Montana. More commonly known as 25 Granite Drive, Clancy, MT 59634.
