It is Boulder’s “Holy Grail”: A rest stop, a museum, a Hall of Fame, *something* to divert travelers from I-15. The proposal says: “The opportunity to reach this high number of travelers stopping at this location opens the door to help redirect some of these individuals to downtown Boulder…” This allocation is helping to support a land survey and preliminary architecture and engineering report.
