The severe weather on Super Bowl Sunday led to the cancellation of the Teen Substance Free Super Bowl parties in Boulder and Whitehall. This was a disappointing decision to have to make, but a necessary one for the safety of all involved. The planners would like to thank all the businesses throughout the county that donated prizes for the event.
The DUI Task force, Tobacco Prevention Program and CARE Coalition will be meeting Feb. 19 to create an alternative event for teens where the prizes will be used.
