NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

The City Council of the City of Boulder will hold a public hearing at the regular scheduled Council meeting on March 17th, 2025, at 6:30 p.m. at City Hall (304 N. Main Street) regarding the adoption of an ordinance that would authorize the classification of certain city offenses such as municipal infractions, prescribing enforcement procedures and penalties, allowing for appeals, and establishing an effective date.
