Boulder subdivision regs approved

The Boulder City Council has added another tool to its suite of documents designed to guide future development.

The subdivision regulations, approved April 20 by the City Council, join the Boulder Downtown Master Plan, the Boulder Growth Policy and the Boulder Master Plan as ways to create a comprehensive and clear set of expectations for developers and businesses wanting to locate in the city, said Boulder City Council President Drew Dawson.

The regulations define a subdivision as a division of land creating one or more parcels less than 160 acres and does include condominiums and areas with multiple spaces for rent, such as mobile homes.
