ORDER SETTING TIME AND PLACE OF HEARING
The “Petition for formal adjudication of intestacy, determination of heirs, and appointment of personal representative” (the “Petition”) having come before the Court: It is hereby ordered that on October 14, 2020, at 1:30 p.m., at the courtroom of the above captioned Court be, and the same is hereby appointed the time and place for the hearing of the Petition, and any interested person may appear and contest the same or object to the appointment of Petitioner as personal representative.
It is further ordered that the Petitioner give notice of the hearing in the manner prescribed by Mont. Code Ann. § 72-1-301, to all persons entitled to notice pursuant to Mont. Code Ann. § 72-3-305, and to all persons who have filed a demand for notice pursuant to Mont. Code Ann. § 72-3-106.
