19-151: Notice of Public Hearing

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

     The Board of Adjustments will meet on Thursday, December 19, 2019 at 4:00 p.m. at the City Hall to discuss a variance request submitted by Terry Gotter for the property located at 110 N. Adams Street. 

     Zoning Ordinance 2007-03, Chapter 11, Section 29 F. states: “A rear yard of at least 10 ft. shall be provided from the farthest extension of the structure”.  The property owner is requesting to build a 6’ x 10’ elevated deck on the rear side of the newly constructed home, with said structure encroaching into the required 10 ft of rear yard open space.
