Notice is hereby given that the Boulder City Council passed Resolution #2019-35 on November 18, 2019, pursuant to 7-8-4201, and MCA and is now calling for bids pursuant to 4-3-4307, MCA from interested purcashers for the sale of the following property:

The above listed property is no longer necessary for the conduct of the City’s business. Said property is being sold “as is” without warranty of any kind.
The City Council will accept sealed bids for the sale of the said property until 4:00 pm on December 13, 2019 at the City Office at 304 N. Main Street, Boulder, Montana. The sealed envelopes containing bids should be marked on the outside with the words, “Bid for (specific equipment).” Thereafter, the City Council will publicly open and declare the bids at its regular meeting December 16, 2019, at 6:30 pm. Successful bidder will be required to make payment within ten (10) days by cash, cashier’s check, or money order.
