19-145: Notice of Public Meeting

The Board of Adjustments will meet on Thursday, November 21, 2019 at 4:00 p.m. at the City Hall to discuss a variance request submitted by Terry Gotter for the property located at 110 N. Adams Street. 

     Zoning Ordinance 2007-03, Chapter 11, Section 29 F. states: “A rear yard of at least 10 ft. shall be provided from the farthest extension of the structure”.  The property owner is requesting to build a 6’ x 10’ elevated deck on the rear side of the newly constructed home, with said structure encroaching into the required 10 ft of rear yard open space.  

     Neighboring property owners have been notified. The public may attend the meeting and public comments may be delivered to City Hall prior to the meeting date.
