Notice is hereby given that ballots will be mailed to the voters on October 18, 2019, for the election of Councilmen in the City of Boulder and Aldermen in the Town of Whitehall.

The polls will not be open on November 5, 2019. This election will be conducted by MAIL BALLOT ONLY.

The place(s) of deposit and the days and times when ballots may be returned to the places of deposit before Election Day and on Election Day are:
