REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
The City of Boulder, Montana (“City”) is accepting proposals from qualified consulting firms for the delivery of a conceptual trail master plan and feasibility study for the Boulder River Trail project.
The City reserves the right to award all, some, or none of the professional services set forth in this Request for Proposals (“RFP”) to any one firm based on the City’s review and assessment of the proposals meeting the criteria set forth herein. The contract will be funded by the Boulder Development Fund and administered by the Boulder Planning Board with assistance from the Jefferson Local Development Corporation (JLDC).
Sealed proposals, including one printed copy and a copy on a flash drive enclosed, will be accepted at 103 West Legion Avenue, Whitehall, MT 59759 by 4:00 p.m., September 13, 2019. Proposals should address all services and deliverables necessary to complete the project.
